The conference provides shuttle services to and from the hotels to the IMDEA Materials Institute. The traveling time is approximately 30-40 mins.

A valid passport is required to visit Spain from outside the European Union. Additionally, some foreign participants may need a visa to attend the conference. The organizing committee is willing to issue an official invitation letter to participants for visa application.
